– A clickable shopping list with furniture and furnishings in your budget & style (from accessible retailers)
– Key virtual touchpoints to connect with Niki from start to finish.
– Simple styling tips to arrange furnishings with ease. (ideal for listings photography)

Pricing:

Studio Apartment $2000.00 plus tax

One Bedroom $2800.00 plus taxes

Two Bedroom $3560.00 plus taxes

For larger short term rental properties, please reach out for a custom quote.

Please note: Clients are responsible for placing orders, tracking deliveries, and overseeing installation/styling. In-person styling session and install day support can be added a la carte if located in the greater Montreal area. (billed separately)

Finish and detail selections (paint, wallpaper, textiles, etc., as needed)

Accessories - (the finishing touches + how to style them)

Curated art and placement guidance (to enrich your space with depth, personality, and a style that’s uniquely yours).
