We are committed to providing you with a high end product throughout all of our collections as well as a pleasant & secure shopping experience. We are confident that you will love your product. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items returned must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached. Return costs are your responsibility and we highly recommend insurance and tracking. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for home decor products. Please note, original shipping charges and applicable postage on return packages are excluded from refund. If you wish to return an item after this time period has passed, we can unfortunately not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Sale and promotion items are final sale.
- No returns are accepted for jewelry.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your returned package. Returns are your responsibility and we highly recommend insurance and tracking if you are returning a product over $50.00 since we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Returns are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned package. Once we verify the original, unused condition of the returned item(s), your credit card will be issued a refund. We will send a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please note our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem an item has been used, has been damaged in any way that is through no fault of our own, or that it is not in its original packaging.
Please take note that it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing delay with most financial institutions before a refund is posted in your account.
Please note, that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Before shipping any of our products to our customers, we meticulously inspect the quality and condition of the goods. We also ship our products in the best possible packaging. Still, if we made a mistake we will take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 3 days upon receiving your order so that we can replace it for you. Shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. However, a photo of any damaged/defective item is required for any return or refund to be effected. In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to the unavailability of an item, a refund will be issued.
To return your product, send us an email at email@example.com clearly stating "return" and quote the order number (found in your order confirmation email). Also include the order date, your shipping address, billing address, phone number, the item being returned, along with photos of the defect or damages and the reason for your return.
