We provide residential interior decorating and design services in Montreal and surrounding areas. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop spaces that are beautiful, inviting and livable. Our philosophy is a home should make you happy and reflect your needs, dreams, tastes and lifestyle. We strive to achieve the right balance between beauty and function and aim to elevate your everyday by following design principals while taking the time to understand your unique needs. We offer everything from hourly design consultations if you simply need a design direction to complete room or home design packages where we evaluate your existing space and rethink it with new vision, innovative ideas and solutions to make it just right for you.

Design Consultation Services

The initial design consultation is the perfect way to start your project and see how we can best help you enhance your space. The consultation can be the first step of a complete room design or renovation project or it can be a stand-alone design advice service. You may need color advice, or advice on what furniture to buy and how to place it out in your space. You may have a design dilemma that you need to talk through or perhaps you are ready to redecorate your home and need someone to look at your space with a fresh set of eyes. Or you may enjoy the design process and would love to carry out the work yourself and you'd like advice and direction on how to move forward with your project. During this initial consultation we will use the time to ensure that all your questions get answered. 

If you are planning a complete full service room design or renovation, this consultation will be the beginning of your project. We'll discuss your wishlist and what you'd like to incorporate into the new design. We'll discuss your budget, and explore ideas and options that fit your lifestyle and lay the foundation for your project.

$300.00 plus tax - two hours

Full Service Interior Design

Our full service design packages are catered to help you achieve a polished, sophisticated and personal home from the initial planning phases to the placement of the final accessory. Please read our design process below. We offer a consistent approach to ensure that each project runs smoothly and that the integreity of the design is attained in the end.

Initial Consultation Every project begins with an initial consultation where our goal is to understand your project, the scope of the work, take some preliminary measurements, discuss your design needs and establish budgets and a vision for your space. This meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and determine how we can transform your place.

Design Contract Based on the preliminary scope of work and the budget established during the initial consultation, we create a customized letter of agreement and offer of service for your project usually consisting of a fixed cost for conceptual design and an hourly rate for project management. Once you have approved our proposal and a retainer is provided we begin on the planning for your project.

Concept Development This is the research, design and presentation phase. If your project involves mostly furniture and decorative elements we will present you with a selection of fabrics, flooring, wall colors, drapery, furniture and accessories along with moodboards to ensure you understand and approve the design direction. If your project involves construction, we will meet and discuss with trades and contractors to firm up the possibilities. We offer architectural floor plans, furniture arrangements, elevation drawings, cabinetry & millwork, and lighting plans. We'll source finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for your home and present you with the new design vision.

Implementation Post presentation we will be working to manage all the details we've created for you including ordering, providing your contractor and their trades the information required to implement the design, follow up site visits and installations. Each detail and moving part requires close review and management to ensure the extra special details we've designed for you and so we achieve the end result we have worked so hard to create together.

The Finishing Touches After construction has finished and the fixtures and furnishings sourced during implementation have been installed we will start sourcing accessories and artwork to add the finishing touches that will truly make it feel like "home". We will ask you to allow us to photograph your home for our portfolio.

Hourly Consulting 

 Suited for the homeowner in need of guidance for specific design decisions or direction. We work with you throughout your remodel or renovation and provide stylist advice to help ensure your home comes together in a beautiful, cohesive way. From space planning to material selection, we have you covered. Please note, that hourly consults are "one-time" consultations even if you schedule multiple consultations throughout your project. Any follow up questions you have after each consultation are billed hourly so it is best to consolidate all your questions to ask at each scheduled consult.

Hourly rate $150.00 plus tax

E-Design

These design services are conducted entirely online and are for projects that involve mostly furniture and decorative elements. Simply submit photos and measurements of the room or rooms you would like to update, and we will send you a carefully curated moodboard and shopping list for you to complete your dream space. Fees vary depending on project needs. Contacts us with the details of your project and we will send you a tailored fee to your specific needs.
