All products on our site are in stock unless noted as "sold out" or on "backorder". We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability changes. Please contact us for additional information on when products on reorder may become available.
Available "in stock" items currently ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been received. All orders ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Services Standard Shipping method so long as the weight and dimensions of parcels fall within size limits. Standard shipping typically means there will be a 2-7 business day delivery timeframe depending on location. We currently only ship within Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. Please note that we ship Monday to Friday, and do not count weekends or holidays as business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with order tracking. Please note that to secure delivery we require a signature upon receipt.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by contacting customer service. However, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. Please refer to our return policy for details on how to proceed for a return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Delivery within Canada ONLY
Shipping costs take into consideration package size and weight. Certain over-sized items may require a quote. Once the order has been placed, customer service will contact you to confirm the cost of the delivery and to complete payment if any items in your cart are over-sized or exceed weight amounts by Canada Post.
